Pomegranate Puree is prepared from fresh, clean, and sound variety. The product is free from preservative or any other additives. The process shall ensure stability of taste, colour, flavour and nutritional value.
Pomegranate Puree has less TSS (less calories) as well as acid than other origin. It has a red ruby colour, fresh fruit taste and 100% natural.

What is innovative about this product?
Our Pomegranate Puree contains 12-14% fruit solids hence it contains more polyphenols with good health benefits than the juice from concentrate with superior sensory acceptance. Pomegranate Puree is higher in overall phenolic content and antioxidant activity i.e. anthocyanins, ellagic acid derivatives, and hydrolyzable tannins than red wine, Concord grape, blueberry and orange juices. Its rich taste and mouth feel make it ideal for smoothies and similar preparations.
Pomegranate Puree has highest polyphenols and good quality antioxidant properties that has benefit, especially in the prevention and alimentary treatment of heart disease. It also has been shown to reduce plaque in the arteries, and to lower “bad” LDL cholesterol and inhibit its oxidation, preventing heart disease and stroke. Pomegranate juice has also been shown to reduce systolic blood pressure by inhibiting serum angiotension-converting enzyme. It has antibacterial and antiviral effects as well as anti-inflammatory properties, i.e. against rheumatoid arthritis.
Pomegranate juice has been tentatively shown to have anti cancer properties against lung, colon, skin, breast and especially prostate cancer, making it an excellent over all health fruit.
